Mark Manning Online and Offline Editor	Started editing commercials in New Zealand before joining Soho commercial post-house "The Video Bureau" in 1980. Joined CrowTV in 1982 as Senior Editor and became Technical Director in, mostly for the BBC and Channel. Mark became Managing Director at Directors Cut in 2006 working both off-line and online across a wide variety of television programmes
Andy Elliott Senior Online Editor and Colourist	Creative and enthusiastic, Andy is our senior online editor and colourist. He uses our dedicated HD grading system and then onlines in our Symphony Nitris. This is a process which always results in a superior grade and cost efficient online process.
Andy Nicholson Offline and Online Editor	Andy is an experienced and diverse editor with twenty years editing experience and an in depth knowledge of Avid systems from Xpress Pro and Media Composer to Symphony Nitris. He can advise and support the production team.
Fred Hart Offline Editor	Fred Hart is a founder director of Directors Cut Ltd with Andrew Elliott, Dennis Marks and Peter West. He began editing films in the mid 1980s, having trained at the BBC, BFI and Third Eye Productions. He has edited high profile documentaries for all the major strands in British television.
Darren McQuade Dubbing Mixer	With 18 years experience within the Audio Enviroment, Darren heads up the Audio Department at Directors Cut, Mixing, Tracklaying, ADR.
Indi Gavin Business Manager	Indi handles all Directors Cut Business Affairs as well as assisting with Production Requirements.
Natalie Bayford Business Development	Client Liason, New Enquiries & Quotes, Natalie is the Social Entertainments Manager.
